Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced Fingerstyle Guitar Lessons

The Fingerstyle Toolbox is a resource for guitarists to learn essential fingerstyle techniques and how to use them. More than 310 video lessons ranging from beginning to advanced topics. To help take your playing to the next level you’ll learn fingerpicking patterns, banjo rolls, harp harmonics, chords, theory + harmony, arranging, original tunes, Jerry Reed tunes, and more. As we put all the tools together we will focus on repertoire, songwriting, and transcribing great fingerstyle licks.

Every week I will be posting at least one new video lesson in the channel. There will be a very special section where I interview some of my favorite Fingerstyle guitarists from around the world and gain insight into their technique, inspirations, and playing styles. As a subscriber and member of the channel you’ll have access to all videos, TAB, notation, Q & A, and the fingerstyle Forum.

One of my favorite resources within the channel is that as you work through the material at your own pace you may post comments and videos of your progress. The channel is a community where we can come together to study and talk about fingerstyle while learning from each other.

There are two additional possibilities which include private lessons with your subscription. Private lessons will allow you to upload a video directly to me asking any questions you’d like. I will then watch your video and respond back directly to you with a video addressing the questions and giving you detailed, personalized feedback on your playing. You can choose a single lesson once a month, or subscribe with ongoing private lessons throughout the month.
